Terms and Conditions
Healing Waves is located in Bondi Beach, NSW 2026. The Terms & Conditions must be read, understood and accepted, prior to attending any Sound Healing sessions or events conducted by Healing Waves. Access to Healing Waves sessions and events are by payment (unless indicated otherwise) and subject to Healing Wave’s discretion. By participating in any Healing Waves activity you accept below stated Rules & Regulations and the Cancellation & Refund Policies.
Rules & Regulations:
Healing Waves indemnifies in full all practicing Healing Waves Healers and Pracitioners against all liabilities, damages and costs arising from Healing Waves sessions or events. This includes but is not limited to, liabilities arising from any cause such as negligence, statute including the Civil Liability Act 2002, tortious or common law for any injury, death, loss, property damage or expense arising out of or sustained to me or I cause, in the course of my participation in the sessions offered by Healing Waves – both on and off of Healing Waves premises or in relation to any activities, including to any party. I agree that Healing Waves is not responsible in the event of loss, damage, unauthorised use, theft or injury resulting from and to any personal property that I bring onto the premises. I also confirm that my health is sufficient, and has no illness, injury or ailments which will prevent participation in Seed of Life Healing sessions in a safe manner without risk to me or others. I recognise that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law. Healing Waves liability in the aggregate is the refund of the fees paid for the Healing Waves session or event. I recognise that by booking a session or buying a ticket to a Healing Waves event, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue and assume all aspects of the risks involved.
Cancellation & Refund Policies:
Healing Waves requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of booked Sound Healing sessions. If not notified within 24 hours of the start of the session or event, the full amount is due.
No shows for pre-sale ticketed events are non refundable.
